Stem : well-developed aerial roots, many long, slightly curved and flattened roots from the nodes of the stem, fleshy and smooth. Stems short, enveloped by leaf base, upper part usually with 3-4 leaves. | ||
Leaves : Basal, fleshy, green on both sides, oblong-lanceolate or elliptic, ca. 4.5-9.5 cm long, ca. 2.5-3.5 cm wide. The apex is split or not split, and a near awn tip is protruding between the two splits. The base is wedge-shaped and narrow and has a joint and sheath.

Flowers : Inflorescence from the stem base side, long oblique, racemose inflorescence, flower white development, diameter of about 1.8 cm, each inflorescence with 3 to 5 flowers, pedicel with ovary length of about 2.1-3 cm, bracts wide lanceolate or ovate, membranous, apex acute ; the sepals and petals are nearly white, and the middle sepals are nearly elliptical, about 1.1 cm long, about 0.8 mm wide, and the apex is nearly circular. Petals subobovate, ca. 1 cm long, ca. 0. 7 mm wide, apex truncate ; lateral lobes obliquely elliptic or obliquely ovate, inserted on pistil column foot, ca. 1 cm long, ca. 0.9 mm wide, apex acute ; lip flap 3-lobed, middle lobe with active joint, nearly triangular, ( base clawed, lateral lobes erect, nearly oblong, middle slightly constricted and the inner surface of the central uplift, apex oblique, base ( between the two sides of the lobes ) strongly thickened and with a apex 2-lobed fleshy cave, and with the middle lobe of the proximal base in the back of the slightly uplifted into a nearly hemispherical, in front of the cave with an upright and apical split into 4 filamentous appendages ; middle lobe base with 1 erect narrow appendage flattened on both sides, yellow with light brown spots ; stamens yellow, subcordate, with two points on both sides of base and one black dot on each side of upper part ; calyx narrow, drooping, ; medicine cap nearly white, nearly semicircular and apex acuminate ; 2 pollen clusters.
