China : Southern Simao, Yunnan, tropical broad-leaved evergreen rainforest.

Epiphytic plants. Stem rod-like, slender spindle-shaped, 28-35 cm long, 0.3-0.6 cm wide, curved into wavy, ridged, yellowish, tapering to the bottom and upper half and enveloped in tubular remnant sheaths. | ||
Leaves 2-4, oblong-lanceolate to elliptic-lanceolate, apex acute, 4-8 cm long, 1.8-2.5 cm wide, apex indented. | ||
Inflorescences are produced at the leafless subpseudobulb apex and drawn from the node, ( we think it is an umbellate inflorescence ) 1.5-2cm long ; the inflorescence axis is 0.6-0.8 cm long, with 4-6 flowers. The bracts are 3-4 mm long and 2.5-3 mm wide. The flower diameter is 0.8-0.9 cm, pale yellow, with purple spots and stripes. Sepals broadly ovate - oblong, 6 - 6.5 mm long, 3 - 4 mm wide, acute, 5 - veined ; lateral sepals broadly triangular, sickle-shaped, 5-7.5 mm long, 3-5.5 mm wide, acute, adnate to base in saclike shape ; petals oblong-ovate, 5.5-6mm long, 2.5-3.5mm wide, apex obtuse. Lip 3 shallow, fleshy, concave, wide oval to oblong, 4.5-5.5 mm long, 4-4.5 mm wide ; lateral lobes triangular, erect, apex acute, inner side slightly curved, dark reddish purple, middle lobe short, fleshy caruncled, golden yellow. The column is thick, the column is 4-5mm long, and the column is fine or divided into two halves.
