Stem : pseudobulb is thick, nearly spindle-shaped, with 4 edges on the upper part, and the lower part is narrowed into a fine cylinder, with sheath coating or residual sheath being fibrous.

Leaves : Leaf margin entire usually 2-3, 2 columns, alternate near apex of pseudobulb, leathery, apex acute ; broad lanceolate to ovate, 12-13.5 cm long, 3.1-4.6 cm wide, midrib slightly concave on leaf surface, dorsal protuberance, each side has obvious lateral veins 1-2 ; leaf base broad wedge.

Inflorescence : raceme is born on a leafy node, leaf base back, drooping, composed of most dense flowers, flowers in an interactive way born on the stem, the outer contour is nearly oblong. Pedicel nearly yellow, bracts nearly lanceolate or ovate, apex acute. With several parallel veins. Flowers yellow, spreading, ca. 2-2. 5 cm in diam., pedicellate ovary ca. 2-2. 4 cm, pale yellow ; sepals and petals are light yellow, lateral sepal base united into yellow sepal sac ; lip flap is distinct orange, front and back are orange villi. Middle sepals long oval, apex obtuse, length about 1.4 cm, width about 0.8 mm ; lateral sepals long ovate, about 1.2-1.5 cm long, about 0.8 mm wide, apex acute ; petals suborbicular, ca. 1.2-1.5 cm long, ca. 1-1.2 cm wide, apex obtuse, margin serrated. The lip flap is nearly round, orange yellow, with fringe tassel-like or eyelash-like, and the base has claws. The labial flap has a corpus callosum near the base of the center, with two orange-yellow ridges on each side. The stamen column is light yellow, the stamen column foot is orange yellow, and there is a concave hole at the base connected to the lip flap ; drug cap light yellow ; two pollen grains, light yellow.
