Rhizome stout, 4-5 mm thick, membranous sheath. Roots from rhizome nodes with pseudobulbs. Pseudobulbs erect on rhizomes, ovoid, usually 2-3 cm long, base ca. 1. 5 cm thick, young by membranous sheath, terminal 1 leaf.

Leaves leathery or fleshy, oblong, 8-30 cm long, middle 1.5-3.4 cm wide, apex slightly obtuse and concave, base narrowed to 0.5-1 cm long stalk.

The scape is drawn from the base of the annual pseudobulb, curved outward, 5-13 cm long ; raceme 3-6 cm long, densely covered with many imbricate flowers ; pedicels covered by 4-5 large sheaths interspersed with each other, sheaths up to 2 cm long ; bracts ovate - lanceolate, 5-6 mm long, apex acute ; pedicel and ovary 5 mm long ; sepals and petals yellowish green with brown veins ; middle sepals ovate, 6 mm long, middle 3 mm wide, apex acute, with 3 veins, margin entire ; lateral sepals obliquely ovate-lanceolate, 7.5 mm long, 4.2 mm wide above base, base adnate to calyx foot, apex acute, margin slightly inwardly contracted on both sides, lower margin confluent with each other to form a pocket-like, slightly verrucous bulge on the back ; petals slightly obliquely triangular, 2. 5 mm long, base 1. 8 mm wide, slightly decurrent to stylets, apex acute, with 1 vein, margin somewhat irregular ; lip flap fleshy, yellowish green with black spots, ca. 6 mm, centrally grooved below middle, apex obtuse, outwardly curved from base, margin papillate, base connected to style foot, both sides with small lobes extending forward ; lobes falcate, ca. 1. 3 mm long, 0. 4 mm wide, apex pointed and with irregular teeth ; stamen column yellow, semi-cylindrical ; pistils forward curved, ca. 3 mm long, terminal yellow, part of its separation length 1.5 mm ; stamen column teeth forward, drill, about 1 mm long ; cap yellow, smooth and hairless.
