Stems : Stems cylindrical, erect without branches, several nodes, internodes covered by brown or brownish yellow persistent leaf sheaths.

Leaves : Leaves are two-row alternate, several, fleshy, cylindrical, about 4.7-7.5cm long, about 5-8mm in diameter, with a joint at the base, leaf sheath holding stem.

Flowers : racemes ( alternate ) drawn from nodes near upper stem, with numerous flowers ; 4-10cm, purple or covered with purple spots, drooping, near the base of 2-3 and bracts ; the pedicel is about 8 mm long with the ovary. The flower is light yellow green, only the lip is purple red, and the flower diameter is about 7 mm. Sepals with 1 purplish red vein, back more obvious, middle sepal oval or oval, slightly concave navicular, about 2mm wide, apex acute or obtuse ; petals ovate or elliptic, ca. 3 mm long, ca. 2 mm wide, apex acute, with 1 vein ; the sepals on both sides are oval or oval, about 4 mm long, about 2 mm wide, and the apex is round or obtuse. Lip flap 3-lobed, fleshy, erect, ovate, apex round or obtuse ; the middle lobe is nearly triangular, the apex is nearly white thickened and gradually sharp or sharp ; to white subglobose, terminal two columns, with distinct margin, 1 ridge from base to apex of lobe ; pistil light purple, shorter pistil foot ; medicine cap light yellow, with dark purple stripes in the middle.
