Approximately 15.0 cm high, rhizomes creeping, internodes 2.6-2.7 cm long, stems erect, 8.0-10.0 cm long. 3-4 leaves, leaf ovate, 2.5-3.0 cm long, 1.5-2.0 cm wide, base with a stem 1.0-1.2 cm long, front with filiform reticulate, back purplish red.

Inflorescences terminal, ca. 7.0 cm long, with 2-4 untwisted flowers, sepals purplish red, petals and lips white, scapes white hairy. Bracts lanceolate, 2.0-5.0 mm long ; middle sepals ovate, 5.0 mm long, 3.0 mm wide, lateral sepals oblique oval lanceolate, 70 mm long, 3.0 mm wide, base surround lip flap ; petals sickle lanceolate, 6.0 mm long, 2.0 mm wide ; the labial lobe is attached to the base of the stamen column, 12.0-13.0 mm long. The lower lip has a conical distance, and the front is slightly 2-lobed. The length of the lobe is about 3.0 mm, and the length of the middle lip is about 4.0 mm. Each side has a deviated, nearly square lobe with a serrated top. The lobe is about 3.0 mm long and 2.0 mm wide. The front lip is about 8.5 mm long, and the top is deep 2-lobed. The lobe is obovate, 6.0 mm long and 2.5-3.0 mm wide. 6.0-7.0 mm long, with 2 corpus callosums on the inner face ; stamens ca. 5.0 mm long, ventral with 2 stamen wings.
