The plant is 14-28cm high. Tubers globose or oblong, 1-1.5 cm long, fleshy. Stems erect, glabrous, base with 2-3 tubular sheaths, lower part with leaves, sometimes with 1 bracteate leaflet above leaves. Leaf blade 1, erectly spreading, blade narrowly oblong or oblong, 6-13 cm long, 1-2 cm wide, apex acute, base into sheath holding stem.

Racemes with many flowers, cylindrical, 5-14 cm long ; flower bracts lanceolate, apex long acuminate, lowermost longer than flower or equal to flower ; ovary fusiform, torsional, glabrous, pedicel 6-7 mm long ; flowers small, dense, yellowish green ; middle sepals oblong, erect, concave, 4 mm long, 2 mm wide, apex obtuse, with 1 vein ; lateral sepals extend forward, oblique ovate lanceolate, slightly concave, 4.5 mm long, about 1.5 mm wide, apex nearly acute, with 1 vein ; petals erect, shorter and narrower than sepals, ovate-lanceolate, 3.2 mm long, ca. 1.5 mm wide near base, apex acute, with 1 vein ; lip longer than sepals, fleshy thickening, with most of the fine papillae on the surface, nearly central 3-lobed, long rounded middle lobe, blunt apex, lateral lobe much shorter than the middle lobe, oblong, blunt apex ; base short, oblong, 1. 5 mm long, obtuse end ; stamen column stout, erect, about 2 mm long ; anther 2 -room, drug room parallel, the lower part is not elongated into a groove ; pollen mass is oval, with short pollen mass stalk and sticky disc, sticky disc is large, disc-shaped ; stamen beak broad, with short arms ; stigma 2, raised, transversely oblong ; degenerated stamens 2, significant, oval.
