Plants slender, 21-54 cm tall. Tubers oblong-ellipsoid, 1-2 × 0.4-1 cm. Stem with 2-4 tubular sheaths at base, 3-5-leaved. | ||
Leaves clustered to somewhat spaced along stem, elliptic to ovate-lanceolate, 2.5-9 × 1-3.5 cm, apex acute. | ||
Inflorescence 14-25 cm; peduncle cylindric, slender; sterile bracts 1 or 2, lanceolate, ca. 15 mm; rachis 8-15 cm, subdensely several to many flowered; floral bracts ovate-lanceolate, 8-10 mm, ca. as long as to slightly exceeding ovary, apex acuminate. Flowers erect; sepals olive to brownish green, petals and lip creamy white; ovary 8-10 mm including pedicel. Dorsal sepal erect, oblong, slightly concave, ca. 3 × 1.5-1.8 mm, 1-veined, apex obtuse; lateral sepals spreading, oblong, ca. 3 × 1.2 mm, 1-veined, apex obtuse.
